While it's not exactly functional quite yet, the latest version of Google Play Services — version 8.1 — includes most of the Android Pay infrastructure baked in. You can launch a lot of the functionality, but as of this writing, setting up your credit cards is going to fail before you get a chance to use them... There isn't anything shocking to be seen here, but it is notable that Android Pay requires that you use a secure password-protected lock screen in order to function. Additionally, you have to approve the service to be a device admin in order to "safely use Android Pay".
